Mr. Hartstone joined StoneGate early in 2002 to manage its affiliated online application service provider, Advanced Interactive Marketing, Inc., and design online revenue programs for traditional media companies. As Vice President of AIM, Mr. Hartstone led the development and operation of AIM’s radio station web site packages and developed the company’s web site revenue programs for traditional media companies. In that regard, Mr. Hartstone oversaw the development of the Company’s proprietary technology, revenue program infrastructure, administrative manuals, and station training programs. He personally works directly with new station affiliates to assure that program implementation is quick and smooth. Mr. Hartstone now oversees the marketing of AIM’s programs to terrestrial radio stations and works with client broadcasters.

Since 2006, Mr. Hartstone has also been the principal owner and CEO of Hartstone Productions, a music production and talent management company. Over the last several years, Hartstone Productions has arranged over 30 U.S. Virgin Islands concert tours (8 to 10 venues each) featuring U.S. based bands. In addition, Hartstone Productions has managed several bands and booked talent for numerous small venues.

Mr. Hartstone is a graduate of Skidmore College with a double major in Business and History.
